Although there are just three cabins, they’re served by seven members of staff. And, your expert hosts will bring you on a full spread of included excursions, from snorkelling and diving to kayaking and mangrove walks. While each itinerary is carefully customised, you can expect to hop between remote islands, white-sand beaches and spectacular dive spots. The Komodo dragons are, of course, a special highlight.
Then, back on board, the lounge, library and your private cabin are all dressed in Indonesian artworks and rich textiles. It’s all fantastically eco conscious. The ship makes full use of solar panels and an osmosis water purifier, while low-impact generators help with all the air-con mod-cons. However, many choose to spend much of their time on-deck, unwinding on the sun loungers, enjoying sunset cocktails and tucking into the full-board dining.
The chef is fantastic, pairing Indonesian delicacies with international favourites. It’s all informed by fresh, seasonal produce and inspired by the ship’s route. There are always soft drinks, teas and coffees available throughout the day. Lastly, to keep you occupied, the lounge and library feature a full range of board games and books, along with the requisite TV and DVD library.
