Tom has always been deeply passionate about travel, driven by a fascination with the natural world and a love for the spectacular landscapes he’s been fortunate enough to encounter. Early family journeys to South Africa, Thailand, and Sri Lanka sparked a lifelong curiosity that has never come close to being satisfied. Since then, he has volunteered on conservation projects in Namibia, Madagascar, and Costa Rica – experiences that have left him with enduring memories and a profound sense of purpose.
Working in travel has only broadened his horizons. While he still relishes stepping off the beaten track, he has developed a growing appreciation for history and culture. Today, he’s just as content wandering through crumbling European ruins as he is enjoying Bedouin hospitality in Jordan or trekking through pristine rainforests in search of gorillas. Wildlife remains at the heart of his adventures, inspiring recent journeys to Florida’s enchanting Everglades, Borneo’s vibrant Kinabatangan River, and the extraordinary Komodo National Park.
