Alison has over 30 years’ experience in travel and has extensively travelled Asia, North America, Africa, the Caribbean, Europe and beyond, exploring over 80 countries, and counting. She is most passionate about Africa – where – where she's recently been on gorilla and chimpanzee treks in Uganda – and is a source of knowledge for all things safari across Botswana, South Africa, Namibia, Zambia and Kenya.
India, too, is a country which Alison won’t stop recommending. Its vibrancy, exquisite cuisine, majestic palaces and sleepy backwaters are her top reasons, but spotting Bengal tigers at one of Rajasthan’s national parks also ranks highly.
