Introductions in Lisbon

You’ll begin your journey and be treated to lounge access before your flight to the Portuguese capital. Once arrived, a private driver will meet you for the journey to your boutique accommodation. Standing on one of Lisbon’s most handsome squares, you’ll be in the central Bairro Alto quarter – long a favourite among artists and authors. From here, you’ll have vibrant restaurants, boutiques and cafés on your doorstep, as well as the city’s icons within easy reach. Back at base, your accommodation is an 18th-century idyll, today capped by an enviable rooftop terrace and featuring the likes of a spa, fitness centre and restaurant from one of Portugal’s leading chefs – Nuno Mendes.

Alentejo’s vistas & viticulture

With graceful green contours terraced into pretty vineyards and plains only interrupted by lonely oak trees, Alentejo is known as much for its views as its superb wines. You’ll take it all in with the services of a private driver, pausing for a guided tasting and lunch visit at one of its top wineries. Whether white, rosé or red, the region’s offerings are famed for their strong aromatic exuberance, which you’ll enjoy alongside a selection of Alentejo cheeses, followed by a three-course lunch. Before being brought back to Lisbon, you’ll also visit a local farm for an olive oil tasting – another of the region’s favourite exports.
