Catching the travel bug early in life, Rob began exploring the world one adventure at a time, from Europe’s bustling cities to far-flung corners beyond. It was in Canada, however, that Rob truly found his stride. Having journeyed across every province, he fell in love with the country’s immense diversity – from its dramatic mountain ranges and glacier-fed lakes to its vibrant cities and welcoming spirit. His travels soon extended south into the United States, where he’s now on a mission to visit every state, embracing the endless variety that North America offers.
Among his most memorable experiences are a road trip through Texas in search of world-class barbecue, tracing the roots of rock and country music in Memphis and Nashville, and venturing through the red rock landscapes of Arizona and Utah. He’s also explored iconic cities like Las Vegas, New York, Boston, and Los Angeles, each offering its own unique rhythm and charm. When it comes to Canada, Vancouver remains Rob’s home away from home. A lifelong Canucks fan, he’s quick to recommend catching an ice hockey game if you’re visiting during the season. For those seeking the country’s most breathtaking scenery, Rob suggests travelling from Whistler’s alpine peaks through Jasper and Banff, pausing at Canada’s most iconic turquoise lakes – Lake Louise and Moraine Lake – along the way.
