In more detail

With just seven rooms, each with timber walls and wooden floors, plush furnishings and views out to the frozen forest, stays here are delightfully intimate. The beds are equally cosy, with their rich fabrics and thick blankets.

Along with a host of guided and self-guided activities – cross-country skis and snowshoes are available to hire at no extra cost – dining plays a huge part of life at L7, with three delicious meals a days included in the room rate. It’s all based on the freshest local ingredients and presented across indulgent menus that change with the seasons; expect everything from hearty Lappish soups and stews to open sandwiches, perfectly roasted meats and salmon smoked to perfection. And if that wasn’t enough, in between meals you’ll be treated to complimentary coffee and sumptuous afternoon teas.
