Rooms come appropriately dressed in custom wool carpets, chic furnishings and pillow-top mattresses. All come with marbled bathrooms and heated floors, while suite upgrades add in the like of four-poster beds and free-standing tubs. The Presidential Suite even comes with its very own steam room and sauna. However, whichever you choose, you’ll be treated to a Nespresso coffee machine and a restful palette of creams and taupes.

The dining is a particular highlight here. While the open kitchen of Balfes Bar and Brasserie serves up rib-eye steaks, roast Atlantic hake and seaweed-cured salmon gravadlax, the signature WILDE restaurant often impress most. Here, the very best in seasonal Irish produce is showcased across the likes of smoked salmon and beef fillets.

Be sure to wash it all down with the 1930s cocktail bar. Elsewhere, there’s also an excellent juice bar, along with the hotel’s signature afternoon tea. Don’t worry, there’s also the fitness suite to burn off any indulgences.
