On arrival in Rovaniemi, the gateway to Finnish Lapland, a short 20-minute private transfer will bring you to Hidden Arctic Cloud Villas – the epitome of luxury in Lapland, tucked away in a snow-blanketed forest, where you'll be greeted by welcome drinks. Your secluded villa is designed meticulously to blend modern comfort with traditional Lappish aesthetics, featuring spacious living areas, comfortable and stylish bedrooms, and a private sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi. 

This evening, a private chef will prepare a delicious three-course welcome dinner for you to enjoy in the comfort and privacy of your villa. Later on, feel free to relax in the sauna or enjoy a soak in your private outdoor Jacuzzi – with a little luck, accompanied by Northern Lights dancing across the night sky. 

Start the day with a leisurely breakfast in your villa before heading out to experience the first of your included winter adventures. Travelling by eco-friendly electric snowmobile, you'll journey through the pristine landscapes of Finnish Lapland, following winding trails that weave between snow-cloaked forests and open wilderness. Along the route, stop at a traditional Lappish hut to warm up beside the fire with a cup of hot berry juice. Afterwards, you'll be transferred to a local restaurant where you can enjoy lunch (pay locally).

The afternoon brings another quintessential Lapland experience as you embark on a reindeer sleigh ride through a magical landscape of frozen lakes and snow-covered woodland. As well as immersing yourself in the tranquility of the surroundings, you'll learn more about the customs and heritage of the indigenous Sámi people, whose culture remains closely connected to reindeer herding. Later, return to your villa for dinner before setting out in search of one of nature's most remarkable spectacles. Guided by your personal host, who will monitor the latest conditions, you'll travel on foot or by car to a carefully chosen viewing location away from artificial light. As you wait beneath the stars, hear local stories and folklore surrounding the Northern Lights and, with favourable conditions, witness the majestic swirls of the aurora illuminating the night sky.

Following breakfast in your villa, you'll make your way to a local husky farm for one of the region's most memorable winter experiences. After an introduction to the dogs and the basics of sled handling (mushing), you'll set off on an exhilarating journey through the snowy wilderness. Two guests typically share each sled, taking turns to drive and ride, while children travel with an accompanying adult. Racing through pristine landscapes behind a team of eager huskies is an unforgettable way to experience the beauty of Finnish Lapland's winter scenery. Afterwards, you'll have time for lunch at a local restaurant (payable locally).

Later in the day, prepare for a truly unique experience as you take part in a private Arctic floating session. Wearing a specially designed insulated suit, you'll float weightlessly on icy waters while remaining warm and comfortable. Surrounded by peaceful forests and winter silence, it's a wonderfully calming experience that offers a unique perspective on the natural world around you.

Today is designed for you to experience the region at your own pace. A selection of complimentary excursions is available should you wish to make the most of your surroundings, including a snowshoe hike through the winter wilderness, ice fishing, a visit to Ounasvaara ski hill, a guided nature and city tour, and a trip to the renowned Santa Claus Village. Here, you can even stand with one foot either side of the Arctic Circle for a memorable photo opportunity.
